- we do a thorough analysis and audit of all outstanding bills.
- we do a line by line item- review of all outstanding medical bills and hospital bills and claims.
- we determine which claims are valid and accurate: which should have been paid by insurance
- we review all policies and methods to ensure accurate billing guidelines were followed,
- we confirm that only those bills that are your real obligation have been paid
- we initiate direct communication with your health care provider and/or insurance company to clarify and help resolve unpaid bills.
- we do a full review of your benefit plans to understand and rectify denied services,
- we identify and prepare the documentation necessary to complete the appeal process for appropriate reimbursement.
- we uncover and discover medical billing errors; for both provider side and the insurance processing side of the bills,
- we track your medical bills, co-pays, deductibles, and lifetime maximums as well as coordinate multiple insurance carriers.
- we negotiate with all responsible parties to achieve reduction of outstanding medical bill balances as appropriate.
